GTC Corporate Services Provider L.L.C (“GTC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all business activities. This Code of Conduct / Ethics Policy defines the principles and behaviors expected of all employees, contractors, and representatives of GTC.

Employees and representatives must avoid situations where personal interests could conflict with the interests of GTC. Potential conflicts must be disclosed promptly to management.

6. Anti-Bribery and Corruption

GTC maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. Employees must not offer, accept, or solicit any form of improper payments or benefits.

7. Environmental and Safety Responsibility

All personnel are expected to follow workplace safety policies and promote sustainable practices wherever applicable.

Employees are encouraged to report unethical behavior, violations of this policy, or suspicious activities. GTC ensures that reports are handled confidentially and protects whistleblowers from retaliation.

9. Training and Awareness

All staff receive regular training on ethical standards, compliance requirements, and responsibilities under this policy.

10. Review and Updates

This Code of Conduct / Ethics Policy is reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or business practices.
